Pet Policy
Cerca Design House allows pets in the villas under the following conditions:
- Prior contact with Cerca Design House is necessary to confirm availability;
- A maximum of two pets are allowed in the same time period;
- Only one pet is allowed per villa;
- It is the owner’s responsibility to guarantee food so that the animal’s stay is just as comfortable;
- Any damage caused to the hotel by the pet is the sole responsibility of the owner who, if it happens, must pay for the damage caused;

- Owners are asked to be careful not to allow their pets to climb onto the bed or sofa, but to use their own blanket or the bed provided for this purpose;
- There are no-go areas for animals, namely the Jacuzzi, the Bar, the Breakfast Room and the swimming pools;

- Pet accommodation costs €25.00 per night;

- Cerca Design House has no facilities outside the house for housing animals;

- It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to clean up and dispose of their pet’s waste in a suitable place;

- When checking in, the person responsible for the pet must sign the Pet Declaration of Commitment.
